Nervous System Resilience & Restoration
Sarah Weatherby
Sarah is a mind-body facilitator, offering movement, breath and sound as her core modalities to support people build nervous system resilience and find ease.
Her journey into this space began over a decade ago as a self regulation due to her own mental health struggles. It soon became a deeper calling to support others in cultivating interoception, expanding into their full potential, living authentically and finding ease.
Drawing from over 500 hours worth of a diverse range trainings, she weaves science with spirituality to offer experiential, sensory and immersive experiences. She enjoys and teaches slow, restorative practices, as well as dynamic and energising.
Her approach is gentle yet powerful, supportive yet nourishing, playful yet embodied. She invites awareness, curiosity and exploration of body, breath and mind - creating supportive spaces for rest, release, and reconnection to themselves.
Sarah likes to guide people into liminal spaces - a place of transition between what was and the possibility of what is yet to come. A true place of presence to feel more of whatever it is you need.
