nervous system resilience & restoration
sarah weatherby
Sarah is a somatic facilitator and coach, guiding people into their expansion of themselves so they can meet their fullest potential. She weaves breathwork, yoga and sound healing, to support people through life challenges by cultivating nervous system regulation and resilience.
She creates space for self-inquiry and presence, empowering a return to their true authentic self with ease and confidence. Through immersive and sensory experiences, Sarah guides people into liminal spaces - a place of transition between what was and the possibility of what is yet to come.
Drawing from over 500 hours worth of a diverse range trainings, she has a holistic approach drawing from science and spirituality, to meet you exactly where you’re at. Her offerings range from slow, restorative practices, to dynamic and energising.
Her journey into this space began over a decade ago as a self regulation due to her own mental health struggles. It soon became a deeper calling to support others in cultivating interoception and turning obstacles into opportunities.
Gentle yet powerful. Supportive yet nourishing. Embodied yet playful. Sarah invites an exploration of mind, body and soul.
