  • Mind-Body Reset

    One single, deeply restorative session designed to help you regulate your nervous system and return to balance.

    This will be your space to pause, recalibrate, and reconnect with your body - especially when life feels intense, overwhelming, or uncomfortable.

    The choices of modalities:

    • Functional Breathwork

    • Conscious Connected Breathwork

    • Gentle Somatic Movement

    • Guided Meditation & Visualisation

    • Yoga (Yin, Vinyasa, Mandala, Rocket, Nidra)

    • Sound Healing

    Each session will be personalised and led by what your system needs at that moment.

    Good for: stress, overwhelm, anxiety, poor sleep, emotional instability, recovery, performance, or when you feel “off” and need support.

    Create lasting change with longer-term support, and move beyond quick fix relief. Meaningful change will be made in a sustainable way, diving into how you live, breathe, and relate to stress.

    • Regulation tools you can use in daily life

    • Somatic practices for emotional processing

    • Rest, recovery, and energy management

    • Creating rituals and routines that actually stick

    Sessions may include breathwork, movement, sound, rest, reflection, and integration - always catered to you.

    Best for: burnout prevention, chronic stress, anxiety, life transitions, people who want support and tools.

    Blocks of 4, 6 or 8 sessions booked at once, and price will be discussed on enquiry.

    Nervous-system informed sessions designed to create space away from the noise of everyday life.

    Whether you’re looking to harness rest, focus, performance, resilience, self-inquiry, or recovery - these sessions are inclusive, accessible experiences, for all levels.
