Join us for a deeply restorative afternoon blending Yin Yoga, TRE® (Tension & Trauma Release Exercises), Breathwork, and Sound Healing — a unique collaboration between Michael Peck and Sarah Weatherby.
This 2-hour workshop invites you to unwind, release deep tension, and reconnect with your natural sense of balance. Through gentle movement, tremoring, conscious breath, and soothing sound, you’ll be guided into a state of profound relaxation and embodied calm.
This particular session will be donation-based (minimum £5), as we’ll be capturing some professional photos and short video clips to share the essence of this work. All filming and photography will be done sensitively.
What to Expect
We’ve designed the afternoon to flow naturally through layers of the body and nervous system, creating space for deep release and integration:
Opening & Grounding (10 mins)
Welcome, introductions, and intention-setting with Michael & Sarah. Gentle grounding meditation to arrive in the space.
Yin Yoga & TRE® with Michael (45 mins)
Slow, supported Yin postures to open the body and settle the mind, gradually moving into TRE® – a series of simple exercises that invite the body’s natural tremor mechanism to gently release held stress and tension.
Breathwork Journey with Sarah (15 mins)
A guided conscious breathing session to expand awareness, clear energetic blockages, and reconnect to inner stillness.
Sound Healing Integration (20 mins)
Drift into deep rest as you’re bathed in the resonant tones of crystal bowls, chimes, and voice — allowing your body to integrate and restore.
Closing Circle & Content Capture (30 mins)
Gentle re-grounding, sharing (optional), and final reflections.

Contribution: Donation-based (suggested £30–£40)
What to Bring: A water bottle. All yoga mats and props will be provided.
